TRU-CUT BIOPSY

Ultrasound guided Tru-cut tissue core biopsies are use to obtain tissue architecture of organs for histopathology evaluation. CBC with platelets count  and clotting profile are required prior to performing this procedure. Heavy sedation or anesthesia is needed to perform this procedure.
